About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. This includes recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers about current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. The role also involves completing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a professional store environment, and communicating inventory issues.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Involved working around moving parts, carts, or machines.
• May occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
