About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with various beauty services including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. This role requires a combination of knowledge and training provided by Sally Beauty, along with a passion and personality to guide customers through their beauty journey.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Inform customers about current promotions and upcoming events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Capable of executing knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Able to read and explain product labels.
• Able to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
