About the role

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience.
• Oversee all store operations, including maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Ensure safety and security by enforcing rules and procedures, and adhering to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license (optional).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Exposure to fumes and odors may occur.
• Requires some physical exertion such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• May involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines.
• Exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
