10622 - Client Services Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to account management, client services, and partner management
• Serve as consultant to enhance telematics services for HMG client companies
• Cook up internal teams for proposal development
• Manage contract creation, negotiation, and enterprise agreements
• Act as primary client contact for connectivity service inquiries
• Maintain client communication regarding service implementation and operations
• Manage business analysts as applicable
• Develop wireless usage forecasting models
• Negotiate wireless pricing with carriers
• Develop customer pricing strategies aligned with business goals

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience (telematics, IT, automotive, or related industries)
• 7+ years in business strategy or technology projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Consulting experience
• Telecommunications expertise
• Experience with contracts, pricing models, and vendor management
• PMP certification is a plus

Salary Range

$103,170 - $158,873
