Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for exempt and non-exempt roles across Barcel USA.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience.
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition, leveraging data to drive hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state hiring regulations, as well as company policies.
- Utilize and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficiency and reporting.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to enhance Barcel USA’s employer brand.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen partnerships with universities, industry associations, and external talent pools.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive workforce planning initiatives.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably within the CPG, manufacturing, or food & beverage industry, with a focus on corporate level recruiting and working with C- Suite roles and global roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence decision-making.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
