100% Remote Integration Manager

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Integration Manager to support our client in the rapidly growing warehouse automation industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to support large-scale systems integration projects, leading end-to-end implementation and technical execution for major warehouse automation solutions.The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Requirements:· Minimum 2+ years of integration experience in the warehouse or logistics industry· Project Management experience of system integration projects· Comfortable with travel (50-75%)· 2+ years of experience in IT/Networking, Controls/ PLC, or Software/WMSDesired:· Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or SSMS· WMS experience, especially SynQ· Programming experience in Java, C#, or PLC (ladder logic, structured text)Responsibilities:· Coordinate and lead IT, controls, software, commissioning engineers, and field service technicians· Drive the technical execution of integration and commissioning from design through go-live· Own testing strategies, test plans, SAT, and UAT· Troubleshoot issues across controls, IT, WMS, and mechanical systems· Serve as the customer-facing technical leader· Maintain project communication with PMO, software managers, and leadership· Support change management and design modifications· Provide daily/weekly integration updatesThe hourly pay range for this position is $48 - $52, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)/retirement plan; and other benefits in accordance with applicable laws..
