100% Remote Integration Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of integration experience in the warehouse or logistics industry
• Project Management experience of system integration projects
• Comfortable with travel (50-75%)
• 2+ years of experience in IT/Networking, Controls/ PLC, or Software/WMS

Desired

• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or SSMS
• WMS experience, especially SynQ
• Programming experience in Java, C#, or PLC (ladder logic, structured text)

Responsibilities

• Cook up and lead IT, controls, software, commissioning engineers, and field service technicians
• Drive the technical execution of integration and commissioning from design through go-live
• Own testing strategies, test plans, SAT, and UAT
• Troubleshoot issues across controls, IT, WMS, and mechanical systems
• Serve as the customer-facing technical leader
• Maintain project communication with PMO, software managers, and leadership
• Support change management and design modifications
• Provide daily/weekly integration updates
