Full-Time - Integration Manager

Role Overview: The position involves leading enterprise integration architecture and solution design using industry-standard patterns. You will advise clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure secure, scalable API and microservices strategies. Mentoring junior teams, conducting architecture reviews, and evaluating integration tools are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and develop comprehensive integration architectures.Design end-to-end integration solutions applying patterns like Publish/Subscribe, API-led connectivity, and real-time processing.Develop and govern enterprise API strategies ensuring security, scalability, and reusability.Mentor technical teams, review architectures, and promote technical excellence.Assess client environments and recommend suitable integration platforms and tools. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years in enterprise software engineering, with 3+ years in senior integration roles.Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi preferred.Strong experience with integration design patterns, Event-Driven Architecture, and microservices.Proficiency with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and security protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
