Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers and sellers, convert with signed buyer agreements and listing agreements
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Calls
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Pay

$100,000 Commission Guarantee – backed by a formal contract. If chosen, and you complete 100% of the required activities for 52 consecutive weeks but do not reach $100,000 in commissions, we will cover the difference.
