Responsibilities
- Proactively greet customers professionally
- Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
- Cultivate and maintain customer loyalty through follow-up communication
- Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
- Understand and explain the installation and use of all products to educate customers
- Track and meet individual sales goals
- Provide customers with product updates and store orders
- Present a professional image at all times
- Work evenings and weekends as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent people skills and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment
- Open to continuous learning and growth
- Capable of working under high-pressure conditions and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of design principles and the ability to recognize various styles, colors, and textures
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Pay
First-year earnings range from $45,000 to $75,000, including a draw and commission payment structure.
Schedule
