About the role

We are looking for a Principal React and Python Developer with CI/CD experience to join our team. As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering modern web applications and the automation pipelines that ship them. You will gain understanding of all components of our technology stack, including Azure, databases, and related enterprise platforms, and work closely with team members to deliver solutions. You will bridge traditional application development with modern platform-based solutions and take ownership of designing and implementing CI/CD processes. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentoring to other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver modern web applications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Work with Azure, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Bridge traditional application development with modern platform-based solutions.
• Mentor and guide other developers.

Requirements

• 70/30 front-end to back-end development split.
• Expertise in React.js (Angular is not acceptable).
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred over .NET).
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Experience with generative AI development assistance tools (e.g., Copilot or Claude).
• Relational database skills.
