About the role
You will be an end-to-end system developer embedded within our Infrastructure EPC team, building the internal tools that drive how our client delivers infrastructure programs. As both engineer and product owner, you will fill a role off-the-shelf software cannot—turning ambiguous internal needs into systems that immediately move the business forward. In our intense, fast-paced environment, this role requires sharp technical judgment, strong follow-through, and a proactive bias for action. You will partner across engineering, construction, procurement, and operations to turn the friction these teams face every day into the operational excellence our demands.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with stakeholders across infrastructure teams to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Translate business needs into prioritized technical requirements and clear product roadmaps
- Define software architecture for new systems, extensions, and integrations that keeps the internal toolset coherent and efficient
- Develop full-stack web applications, automation, dashboards, and workflows to high design, performance, and security standards
- Design and implement AI solutions across infrastructure workflows
- Roll out, support, and continuously improve existing systems used daily by infrastructure teams
Requirements
- Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Experience integrating LLMs and AI services
- DevOps / CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible, Node.js
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience building data visualizations and dashboards for operational users
- Proficiency with project management tools (Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcomes-minded, with the communication skills to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting AEC, EPC, manufacturing, data center, or central plant infrastructure is preferred
