Full Stack Engineer - Python and React

About the role

Financial organization is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-enabled enterprise applications. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy shipping production software powered by modern AI technologies rather than building standalone machine learning models. You'll work across Python back-end services, React front-end applications, cloud-native infrastructure, APIs, and agentic AI workflows while partnering directly with business leaders to solve meaningful investment and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready full stack applications using Python and React
• Develop AI-powered software leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows
• Design scalable APIs and cloud-native backend services
• Deploy applications using AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Utilize modern AI development tools to accelerate software delivery

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of software engineering experience
• Strong production Python development experience
• Full Stack development with React and modern APIs
• Experience deploying AI-enabled applications into production
• AWS, Docker, DevOps, and SQL expertise
• Experience with LLM integration, agentic workflows, or AI application development is highly desirable

Pay

$160,000 – $180,000 / Year + Bonus
