About the role

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking Cold Storage Forklift Operators to join our dynamic team. This position operates in a high-energy, cold storage environment and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
• Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with attention to accuracy and freshness
• Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage or contamination
• Maintain cold storage temperature standards
• Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets
• Perform load audits, correct labels and inventory issues
• Replenish product in appropriate bays and perform manual case picking as directed
• Take on related duties and grow your skills along the way

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• A true team player who works toward common goals
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
• Experience or training in: GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings
• Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working in cold storage environments and have a strong commitment to safety and quality. Experience in regulated industries such as food and beverage, consumer-packaged goods, healthcare and medical supplies, and tire and automotive is preferred.
