1:1 Weekday Overnight Pediatric Nurse (LPN) - Hopewell Junction, NY (1078)

About the role

• 1:1 Nursing in a patient's home (a well-trained and friendly Labrador is in the home)
• Care for a friendly 9-year-old female with developmental delay, gastrostomy, non-ambulatory status, non-verbal communication, oxygen dependence, seizure activity, tracheostomy, and ventilator support
• Part-time scheduling (full-time or per diem cases also available)
• Patient-specific training provided
• Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas
• Work with a friendly and communicative family

Schedule

• Weekday Nights and Overnights
• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–12:00 AM or 12:00 AM–7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift

Requirements

• Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required
• NYS Nursing licensure required
• Computer literate
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training
• Must have malpractice insurance

Pay

$35/hr
