About the role

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. Accurately completing transactions and maintaining a professional store environment are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Ability to read and explain product labels
• Ability to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
