About the role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including brand, people, operations, and safety.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and support associates in achieving exceptional customer experiences that maximize sales and drive customer loyalty. Ensure all brand standards are met.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Manage payroll and scheduling to meet business needs. Maintain positive relationships with associates and management.
Operations: Ensure compliance with company processes and digital strategies. Manage inventory and execute store opening/closing procedures.
Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensure a safe store environment and protect company assets. Analyze and utilize available reporting and tools.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team of associates
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
