About the role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including brand, people, and operations. They ensure that all store processes are executed efficiently and maintain compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and plan associate activities to enhance customer experiences, align with brand standards, and resolve customer issues.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams, manage team performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Operations: Ensure adherence to company processes, utilize digital strategies, manage inventory, and handle payroll and scheduling.
Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment, protect company assets, and comply with safety protocols.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Cosmetology license desirable but not required
