Zuora Solution Architect - Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate in this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. Within our Finance practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training for seamless integration, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, and deepen your technical skills while delivering quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs to implement Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions effectively
- Provide training and support to clients for seamless integration of Zuora software
- Collaborate with clients to optimize operational efficiency through Zuora platform utilization
- Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Utilize critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
- Apply analytical skills to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Proficiency in Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X
- Strong analytical thinking to interpret data for insights
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to dynamic environments
- Deepening understanding of subscription business models
- Effective communication to navigate complex client relationships
- Creativity to generate innovative solutions
Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
