Zuora Solution Architect - Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in our Finance practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training for seamless integration, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. This role focuses on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear. Your work will contribute to broader project objectives, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data, and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs to implement Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions effectively.
• Provide training and support to clients for seamless integration of Zuora software.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize operational efficiency through Zuora platform utilization.
• Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree.
• Proficiency in Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data for insights.
• Ability to embrace change and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Deeper understanding of subscription business models.
• Effective communication to navigate complex client relationships.
• Creativity to generate innovative solutions.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
