Zuora Solution Architect - Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in our Finance practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training for seamless integration, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. This role focuses on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions effectively
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration of Zuora software
• Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through Zuora platform utilization
• Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
• Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
• Applying analytical skills to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
• Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
• Embracing change and ambiguity as opportunities for personal and professional growth
• Supporting the development of subscription business models and revenue recognition automation

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience

Qualifications

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
• Proficiency in Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data for insights
• Ability to embrace change and adapt to dynamic environments
• Deeper understanding of subscription business models
• Effective communication to navigate complex client relationships
• Creativity to generate innovative solutions

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
