Zone Production Manager II
Job Summary
As a Zone Production Manager, you will maintain complete accountability and responsibility ensuring that all plants are operated safely, reliably and efficiently while achieving the key performance indicators and annual plan objectives agreed upon with the head of on-site operations.
Principal Responsibilities
- Display leadership and assist with employee development
- Afford compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, including process engineering and safety both locally and globally
- Effectively manage site technical documentation related to Environmental permits, quality and safety requirements
- Assure availability and reliability of plants to meet contractual commitments to on-site customers
- Afford proper information data availability for Global Historian and Enterprise Asset Management
- Drive continuous on-site improvement
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preferably in industrial, chemicals, or the engineering industry
