Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
- Manage production flow and coordinate with other functional groups to meet customer requirements.
- Enforce process compliance.
- Manage all off-shift personnel.
- Directly supervise all production shift employees, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
- Supervise the following departments (North Building): Drill, Drill Inspect, Electroless, VCP, NCV.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC, including:
- Ability to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
- Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
- Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
- Understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US.
- Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
