Zonal Claims Executive

About the role

Join us as a Zonal Claims Executive to contribute to AIG's mission of transforming the way we help customers manage risk. As a key enabler, you will promote AIG Claims as a competitive differentiator by resolving complex claims issues and enhancing relationships with clients and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the zonal team of claims client account management staff.
• Facilitate resolution of significant claims issues across all lines of business that are escalated to zone management.
• Enhance claims relationships with brokers and clients through the execution of Claims Advisory Boards.
• Participate in Zone Executive Committee and represent the "voice of claims" in Zone strategy discussions and directives.
• Manage the zonal team of Claims Account Managers and Client Service Managers.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of commercial claims, insurance litigation, and the ability to address complex technical problems.
• A proven track record of technical claims skills.
• A strong, rational decision-making capability and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a Juris Doctor is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $125,000 - $166,000.
• Eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
