Responsibilities
- Directs activities of the US mortality markets claims staff for efficient service delivery
- Manages claim practices to resolve unfavorable trends in underwriting and claims handling
- Provides guidance on audits for client company claims administration
- Collaborates with various departments to address issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Led supervisory duties, including hiring, training, and mentoring department staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent work experience in insurance/reinsurance
- Graduate work, MBA, FLMI, ALHC or other relevant professional designation preferred
- 10+ Years in insurance/reinsurance including 5+ years direct life and/or health claim experience
- 5+ Years management experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and SQL skills

- $126,710 – $188,840 annually
