To further strengthen our CNC turning team, we are looking for a Zerspanungsmechaniker* Schleifen.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating CNC-controlled grinding machines to produce individual parts and small to medium-sized batches in multi-machine operation
• Creating and modifying CNC programs (workshop programming)
• Inspecting workpieces and making corrections according to technical drawings and quality-assurance plans
• Setting up and measuring tools and clamping devices, as well as maintaining and servicing machine tools
• Monitoring and optimizing the production process

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker
• Ideally, knowledge of Heidenhain or StuderWIN
• Desirable: professional experience in surface, cylindrical and contour grinding with CNC knowledge
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and to operate multiple machines
• High quality awareness, independence, reliability, sense of responsibility, teamwork and flexibility
