Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers
• Maintain ice surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance
• Answer phones and respond to questions about programs as needed
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a cold environment
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Occasionally required to sit
• Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Schedule

Part-time, available immediately. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
