Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
• If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
• Able to make decisions quickly with confidence.
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Able to lift 30lbs.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Occasionally required to sit.
• Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed.

Night shifts available on Fridays, morning and afternoon shifts on Saturdays, and evening shifts on Sundays.
