About the role

The position involves coaching girls' soccer at the junior varsity level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive soccer program aligned with school goals and objectives.
• Provide instruction and guidance to players in areas such as technique, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Attend all required meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience coaching soccer at the high school level.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Skills
