About the role
The Z JV SOCCER BOYS position at Bayside High School is seeking a community coach to lead and support the soccer program.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement training sessions for players
- Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
- Work closely with the school administration and other coaches
- Ensure compliance with all league rules and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience coaching soccer at the high school level
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
