About the role

Z Head Girls Soccer is responsible for leading and coaching the girls soccer team at Rockledge High School. The position involves planning and implementing training sessions, managing team logistics, and ensuring compliance with school policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training sessions for the girls soccer team
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
• Ensure all team members comply with school policies and regulations
• Work closely with the head coach to develop team strategies and goals
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching high school girls soccer
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience with sports injury prevention and treatment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate players
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
