Youth Venue Ambassadors Grille House Part-Time $14/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and help create a positive first impression
• Assist in guiding Guests to appropriate areas or team members for support
• Communicate basic venue information such as wait expectations or directions under supervision
• Aid in seating flow, food delivery, and team coordination
• Support table support and menu distribution
• Maintain clean and organized dining and guest areas
• Clear, reset, or tidy tables in accordance with youth-safe guidelines
• Stock approved front-of-house supplies
• Create positive moments through small, thoughtful actions
• Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for all Guests
• Work as part of a team to support smooth and efficient operations
• Communicate questions or concerns to leaders or team members appropriately

Requirements

• Must be 15–17 years of age at program start
• Must have interest in guest service or hospitality
• Must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Must have a positive attitude and reliable attendance
• Must be able to secure and maintain a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
• Must be able to follow all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s)
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
