Key Responsibilities
- Preparing coffee to PCH & Marriott standards, ensuring its quality and freshness for guests to enjoy.
- Serving wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages responsibly, checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
- Stocking shelves, counters, or tables with the appropriate items to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Providing efficient and friendly service for guests purchasing to-go items by wrapping or bagging them appropriately.
