Catering Houseperson--Full Time $14/hr

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders to set up event spaces accordingly and break down events.
• Handle and store banquet equipment with care, reporting all damage to the Catering Service Manager.
• Check electrical hookups, tape down exposed cords, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event space.
• Review the day's events based on the Banquet Event Order to ensure a smooth event.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning of the function room area to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment weighing up to 100 pounds for brief periods as required.
