Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems
- Aptitude to fulfill a number of different tasks on game days
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work on Saturday 4 - 6 hours (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Provide superior customer service
- Assist volunteer coaches in facilitating practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and having fun
- Assume the role of a coach or official as required
- Assist in game day field set up and tear down
- Proactively communicate and escalate any potential issues to the Sport Coordinator or Site Manager
