About the role
Soccer Shots Lower Bucks is a nationally recognized children’s soccer program focused on character development and early childhood education. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and coachable individuals who are passionate about working with children.
Responsibilities
- Lead 30–40 minute soccer sessions with minimal prep
- Engage and motivate children aged 2–8
- Adhere to our curriculum designed with early childhood education principles
- Communicate clearly and consistently with families
Requirements
- No prior experience needed
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation

Pay
$22 per hour starting pay, with performance bonuses and potential for a raise after 2 months based on evaluation.
Schedule
Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekend: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
