Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with disconnected or vulnerable youth populations
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and group facilitation skills
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and youth-centered service models
