Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Assist with daily operations including but not limited to check-in/check-out, scheduling, and maintenance of equipment.
• Support the health and wellness initiatives of the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
