What You’ll Do
- Start your day with a checklist, ensuring each storefront is stocked and ready for students.
- Welcome volunteers and prepare them for their role in the simulation, ensuring they are trained and ready to mentor students.
- Greet students, help them get settled into their roles, and launch the day’s simulation.
- Serve as a coach and problem-solver throughout the day, providing hands-on support to students and volunteers as they navigate the experience.
- Finish the day with a quick reset of the space, preparing to welcome the next group of students.
Who you are
- You are organized, energetic, and passionate about helping young people learn, grow, and succeed.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy being on the move throughout the day.
- You bring a collaborative spirit and appreciate a culture built on teamwork, trust, accountability, and having fun while doing meaningful work.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- You are seeking part-time work and have flexibility to work weekday hours between 7:30AM and 2:30PM, based on field trip program schedules.
- You are dependable, positive, and energized by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on others.
