Youth Program Coordinator, Alpha - $100,000/year USD

Educators who consistently achieve targets (100% cohort achievement of weekly app goals, satisfaction scores above 90%) advance to Lead Guide positions where they mentor other educators in refining their practice. Students remain the central focus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students on topics including public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange
• Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify genuine skill acquisition rather than passive attendance
• Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to achieve 100% cohort attainment of weekly app progression goals
• Maintaining standards when students attempt to disengage
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics with a target of 90%+ on student surveys

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills — capable of maintaining children's engagement throughout one-hour sessions
• Availability to work on-site at the Alpha campus located in Brownsville, TX
• Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• Nice-to-have: Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program coordinator
• Nice-to-have: Demonstrated history of high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional contexts)
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with self-paced or application-based learning environments
