Youth Program Coordinator, Alpha - $100,000/year USD

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating hour-long life skills workshops for K-8 students on topics including public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange
• Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify students have authentically acquired the skill, not simply attended passively
• Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to achieve 100% cohort completion of weekly app progression targets
• Employing narrative techniques, incentive structures (campus currency, performance leaderboards), and individual rapport to overcome student disengagement
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics toward maintaining a 90%+ threshold on student feedback surveys

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) age students
• Demonstrated storytelling ability and facilitation presence — capable of maintaining child engagement throughout hour-long sessions
• Available to work on-site at the Alpha campus located in Brownsville, TX
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
• Demonstrated history of high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional contexts)
• Familiarity with self-paced or application-based learning models
