About the role
The role is designed for individuals who can motivate K-8 students toward challenging goals, using AI-powered applications and life-skills workshops.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts covering public speaking, focus, feedback, and other essential skills.
- Conducting daily 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions that drive every student to 100% completion of their weekly app goals.
- Adjusting your coaching approach across a broad age spectrum, from kindergarteners to 8th graders.
- Serving as the adult who maintains standards and the adult students want to confide in.
Requirements
- Willing to work on-site at an Alpha campus in various locations.
- Basic requirements include a Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years of direct experience with K-8 students, and basic technical proficiency with AI tools.
- Must have a concrete example of motivating a K-8 student toward a challenging goal.
- Comfort with AI managing instructional delivery while focusing on motivation and life-skills coaching.
- Basic legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
