Youth Multi-Sport Discovery Program Instuctor

About the role

Lead little athletes (ages 3–6) as they learn the basics of soccer, flag football, and T-Ball/Coach Pitch Baseball in a positive, stress-free environment. Whether you are a college student building a resume, a teacher looking for a fun weekend outlet, or an adult wanting a meaningful side gig that keeps you active, this is the perfect community role!

Responsibilities

• Run organized practices and games alongside the instructor team (no boring, repetitive drills).
• Introduce sports basics through exciting games that keep kids engaged.
• Emphasize sportsmanship, inclusivity, and positive vibes every session.
• Interact positively with parents to deliver a premium youth sports experience.

Requirements

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident engaging with young children and parents.
• Familiarity with soccer, football, or baseball basics (passion matters more than expert expertise!).
• Punctual, motivated leaders who our team and little athletes can count on each week.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check for player safety.
