Make sports fun for kids as a Multi-Sport Discovery Instructor with i9 Sports®. Lead energetic sessions for children ages 3–6, introducing soccer, flag football, and T-Ball/Coach Pitch Baseball in a positive, stress-free environment. Responsibilities

• Lead organized practices and games alongside the instructor team, using engaging activities instead of repetitive drills.
• Introduce sports fundamentals through exciting games that keep young athletes engaged.
• Emphasize sportsmanship, inclusivity, and positive energy in every session.
• Interact positively with parents to deliver a premium youth sports experience.

Requirements

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident engaging with young children and parents.
• Familiarity with soccer, football, or baseball basics; passion matters more than expert expertise.
• Punctual and reliable, ensuring consistent attendance and leadership each week.
• Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check for player safety.
