Youth Mentor
Status
Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position
Serve as a positive role model, offering guidance, support, and encouragement to young individuals and their families throughout Burlington County, building meaningful relationships, the Mentor helps youths overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their personal and academic goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in community work and familiarity with community resources.
- Experience working with at-risk youth in a mentoring or educational capacity is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage is required.
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.

$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Flexible schedule during the day, evenings, and some weekends.
