Responsibilities
- Help teenage girls in a therapeutic setting as they progress on their healing journey.
- Build rapport with students through shared experiences like horseback riding, skiing, hiking, and rock climbing.
- Create meaningful relationships that can lead to deep and lasting change for our students.
Requirements
- 19+ years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the US
- Able to pass background check
- Able to pass motor vehicle record check
- Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
- Works well within a team
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Good judgement
- Safety-oriented
- Firm, healthy boundaries
- Able to complete responsibilities under various weather conditions such as snow, ice, heat
- Able to adhere to physical demands of walking, running, lifting, hiking, and animal related activities
