Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred.
- Licensure: Requires a social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio – i.e. LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC or IMFT.
Responsibilities
- Intake screening and orientation for new clients and guardians when applicable
- Providing mental health counseling using evidence based and trauma informed approaches of care to adults, children and adolescents
- Provide crisis intervention as necessary to enhance and restore functioning
- Participate in coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Provide group counseling as needed
- Meet or exceed agency required productivity and documentation standards
- Other duties as assigned
