Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - Hybrid Position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis
• Create and implement a treatment plan
• Complete ongoing documentation
• Coordinate services with various stakeholders
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or be working towards this
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Qualifications

• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfortable and familiar with working in a hybrid work schedule
• Familiarity with Ellie's unique pay model and benefits

$62,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
