About the role
The Youth Leadership Coach serves as a trusted mentor and facilitator who helps students develop belonging, hope, agency, and leadership. Through daily interactions, intentional relationship-building, and leadership development activities, Leadership Coaches create a safe, supportive environment where students can grow academically, socially, and personally. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality programming, monitoring student engagement and progress, and serving as a consistent positive influence in students' lives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field
- Experience working with youth in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students and families
- Passion for youth development and leadership

- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of best practices in youth development and leadership
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
