Youth Independent Living - Case Manager

About the role

The role involves providing case management services to youth in independent living situations. This includes assisting with housing, employment, education, and other life skills development.

Responsibilities

• Assist youth in securing and maintaining stable housing
• Support youth in finding and maintaining employment
• Help youth develop educational plans and attend school
• Provide guidance on financial management and budgeting
• Offer counseling and support to address emotional and social needs
• Maintain regular progress reports and communicate with relevant parties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in case management or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local resources and community services
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
