As experts with lived experience in the program, they ensure that the middle school and preschool student experiences are the central focus of the program. The high school leader will remain in close contact with the YIA Staff throughout the implementation of the program and aid in everyday functions. The position is part-time ranging from 2-5 hours per week, throughout the school year (typically August-May). This is a part time, non exempt position with an hourly wage of $19.00 to $24.00, DOQ. Benefits include sick leave accrual of 1 hour per 30 hours of work up to a maximum of 48 hours.
